The GTM Credibility Workshop

Pressure-test your go-to-market before the market does.

A half-day working session for founders, go-to-market teams, and companies preparing to launch, reposition, expand, or enter a new market.

This workshop helps teams identify the credibility gaps that can slow adoption, sales cycles, partnerships, fundraising, category creation, and market entry.

Best For

Founders
Go-to-market teams
Startup leadership teams
International companies entering the U.S.
Companies launching new products
Teams repositioning a brand or offer
Companies moving from founder-led sales to repeatable growth
Accelerators, venture studios, and portfolio companies
Sales and marketing teams that need stronger alignment

Workshop Overview

Go-to-market plans often focus on channels, campaigns, sales targets, positioning, and pipeline. Those pieces matter, but they do not work well if the market does not yet believe the company, the category, the claim, or the team behind it.

The GTM Credibility Workshop helps founders and go-to-market teams examine the trust signals required to win early customers, partners, investors, and internal alignment.

This session is especially valuable for companies launching new products, entering the U.S. market, creating a new category, repositioning an existing offer, or trying to turn early proof into repeatable growth.
